I. Definitions The terms used in the Regulations have the following meanings:  

1. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit that is not a legal person, the specific provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places an Order within the Store;  

2. Civil Code - the Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);

 3. Regulations - these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the online store https: //www.swietoszek.pl;  

4. Online Store (Store) - a website available at https://www.swietoszek.pl, through which the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;

 5. Goods - products presented in the Online Store;  

6. Sales contract - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between MIDI EGZOTIK HIERONIM PIOTROWSKI NIP: 5210280592 REGON: 002013774,  a Customer, concluded using the Store's website;

 7. Consumer Rights Act - the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827); _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

8. Act on the provision of electronic services - the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended); _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

9. Order - Customer's declaration of intent, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Goods . 

II. General provisions

 2.1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at https://www.swietoszek.pl 

2.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 of the Act on the provision of electronic services . 

2.3. The online store operating at https://www.swietoszek.pl is run by the company MIDI EGZOTIK HIERONIM PIOTROWSKI Bolesława Limanowskiego 2 02-943 Warsaw, Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

2.4. These Regulations specify in particular [depending on the available options]: _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

a) the rules for registering and using the account as part of the online store;

 b) terms and conditions for making electronic reservations of products available in the online store;  

c) the terms and conditions for submitting Orders by electronic means as part of the online store;

 d) rules for concluding Sales Agreements with the use of services provided as part of the Online Store . 

2.5. Using the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:  

a) Internet Explorer version MSIE 8.x or newer,

 b) Firefox 7.x or later,  

c) Chrome 15.x,  

d) minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels . 

2.6. In order to use the online store, the customer should, on his own, gain access to a computer station or terminal device with Internet access.

2.7. In accordance with applicable law, MIDI EGZOTIK HIERONIM reserves the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to people who have reached the age of 18. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above. 

2.8. Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link found on the home page of the website www.swietoszek.pl and download it and print it out . 

2.9. Information about the Goods provided on the Store's websites, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.

III. Rules for using the Online Store 

3.1. The condition to start using the Online Store is registration under it.

3.2. Registration takes place by completing and accepting the registration form, available on one of the Store's pages . 

3.3. The condition for registration is to agree to the content of the Regulations and to provide personal data marked as mandatory. 

IV. Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement

4.1. In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the website www.swietoszek.pl, select the available goods, taking further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website . 

4.2. The selection of the ordered goods by the customer is made by adding them to the basket. 4.3. When placing an Order - until the "Order" button is pressed - the Customer can modify the entered data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the displayed messages and information available on the website.

 4.4. After the Customer using the Online Store provides all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information on:  

a) the subject of the contract,

 b) unit and total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any), _ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

c) selected payment method,  

d) chosen method of delivery,  

e) delivery time,  

4.5. In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Order with payment obligation" button ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

4.6. Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude with  MIDI EGZOTIK HIERONIM PIOTROWSKI

. Sales contracts, in accordance with the Regulations. 1 

4.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail entitled [...] containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order. 

4.8. The contract is treated as concluded when the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above . 

4.9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content in accordance with the Regulations. 

V. Delivery 

5.1. The delivery of the Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

 5.2. The ordered goods are delivered by postal parcel.

The delivery costs in Poland are as follows:

1. free 

5.3. The time of delivery is from 1 to 7 working days from the date of sending the Order by the Customer.

5.4. Customers can access these Regulations at any time via the link on the main page of the website https://www.swietoszek.pl and download it and print it out . 

VI. Prices and payment methods 

6.1. Commodity prices are given in Polish zlotys and include all components . 

6.2. The customer can pay the price:  

a) PayU  payment system

VII. The right to withdraw from the contract 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. About your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. Consequences of withdrawal from the contract In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the payments received from you for the products (except for the costs resulting from the method of delivery of the order chosen by you), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return . 

We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods back.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items . 

You are only responsible for reducing the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item . 

VIII. Complaints about the Goods 

8.1. MIDI EGZOTIK HIERONIM PIOTROWSKI as the seller is liable to the customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code, under the warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code 

8.2. Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the address kontakt@swietoszek.pl, he undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days (if the complaint is accompanied by a proof of purchase), and otherwise it was possible to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be considered. 

IX. Personal data in the Online Store 

9.1 The administrator of personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store is the Seller. 

9.2 Customers' personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store is collected in order to implement the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer agrees - also for marketing purposes.

9.3 The recipients of personal data of the Customers of the Online Store may be: In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by post. The administrator provides the collected personal data of the customer to a selected carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments at the request of the Administrator . 

9.4 In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payments or with a payment card, the Administrator provides the Customer's collected personal data to the selected entity servicing the above payments in the Online Store. 

9.5. The customer has the right to access their data and correct them.

9.6 Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.

X. Final Provisions 

10.1. Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish . 

10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law, changes in payment and delivery methods - to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The Seller will inform the Customer about each change at least 7 days in advance.

10.3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; the act on the provision of electronic services; Consumer Rights Act, Personal Data Protection Act . 

10.4. The customer has the right to use extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress. For this purpose, he may submit a complaint via the EU ODR online platform available at:
http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
