To remind:
It is remoured that it was as follows...!
"Tartuffe" - know in Poland as "安i皻oszek
was born on 12th May 1664 in
Versailles.
On this day
J.B. Molier's child was anointed personally
by the king of France, Luis the 14th,
admiring his imagination, humour and
resoluteness.
Tartuffe's fame was spreading widely and his
descendants were wandering across the world
running different undertakings and
businesses.
In 1986
Molier's descendant, called 安i皻oszek, came
to Warsaw. He liked our capital city very
much and he settled there for good.
As a person
connected with arts, he became a
plenipotentiary of the Federation of Culture
Unionists.
He has Chosen as his seat the
Club-Resturant, 6/8, Jezuicka Street.
There, in the gothic basement, renovated
carefully by the Federation, prevailed an
intimate atmoshere and a noble chic.
The fusion of
French elegance with Polish hospitality and
old Polish cusine has given an excellent
rewsult. Warsaw "安i皻oszek" has gaineg a
common approval.
"Newsweek"
being chary of praise, has recommended it to
its readers in earnest and the weekly
magazine "Politics" - classifying the city
restaurants professionally - for many years
has conferred "安i皻oszek" the highest
valuations - 5 stars.
We add with
pride, that "安i皻oszek" - winner of
numerous distintions and awards, is
recommended by many guide-books as well as
by Pascal and by the guide of prestige "Egon
Ronay's Seagram Guide", information of which
are used by people who want to have
everything the best.
J.B. Molier has
written prophetically:
"This is a treasure, nothing can compare
with
A contact withit will give you what your heart wishes,
You will in pleasures and get drowned in sweetness." |
